Why You’ll Love This Role: • Responsible for creating an outstanding dining experience for residents and their guests in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, with our established policies and procedures. ?? What You’ll Do: • Delivers an exceptional dining experience by accurately taking orders, serving meals, and presenting desserts according to proper protocols, while maintaining professional appearance and hygiene standards., • Attends daily menu meetings to stay informed about daily offerings and assists residents and guests with menu selections., • Ensures cleanliness and sanitation of dining and serving areas, including pre- and post-meal duties, proper plate presentation, and safe handling of all food, utensils, and service ware., • Prepares and garnishes desserts and other items following established procedures, ensures proper food rotation, labeling, and storage of leftovers., • Operates registers accurately with minimal errors and adheres to all safety and food handling policies, including correct glove use and handwashing., • Responds promptly to resident concerns, communicates issues to supervisors, and supports the team by training new employees and assisting with special events or other departmental needs., • Actively inspects for and reports product overages/underages and any damaged service items, ensuring continuous quality and compliance. Requirements: Qualifications You Bring: • 16 years of age, • Ability to lift 25#, stand for long periods on hard surfaces, walk long distances, and able to bend, reach and grasp objects, push carts up to 100#, • Must be able to follow verbal and written directions, • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
