We are seeking a strategic and highly analytical Senior Account Executive to join our Wholesale Team. This full-time, exempt, hybrid position is based in Miami, FL and reports directly to the VP of Sales. This role is ideal for a seasoned wholesale professional who brings strong commercial judgment, account-planning expertise, and a proven ability to drive profitable growth across a portfolio of key accounts. In this role, you will play a key part in influencing revenue, margin, and channel performance across assigned wholesale accounts and territories. You will play a key role in shaping account strategy, presenting seasonal collections, identifying growth opportunities, and partnering cross-functionally to deliver strong commercial results. What You’ll Be Doing As a Senior Account Executive at ViX Paula Hermanny, you will: • Own the commercial strategy for a portfolio of wholesale accounts, with accountability for revenue growth, profitability, and brand alignment, • Develop and execute seasonal and annual account strategies based on sales performance, market opportunity, inventory position, and channel objectives, • Identify and recommend account expansion opportunities, distribution plans, and door growth strategies aligned with company goals, • Lead seasonal sell-in strategy for assigned accounts, including assortment recommendations, pricing architecture, depth strategy, and revenue planning, • Analyze account performance, sell-through, reorder trends, margin performance, and category opportunities to identify risks and growth opportunities, • Negotiate commercial terms, promotional opportunities, and account-specific initiatives within established company guidelines, • Assess business risks related to inventory exposure, returns, account productivity, and market conditions, and escalate recommendations when appropriate, • Present collections during market appointments, showroom meetings, and trade shows, translating product strategy into actionable sales recommendations, • Partner with Marketing to support account-specific activations, brand moments, in-store events, and product education initiatives, • Conduct store visits and travel as needed to assess brand presentation, strengthen relationships, and identify growth opportunities, • Oversee execution of account priorities in partnership with Planning, Operations, Finance, and Customer Service, • Review open orders, inventory availability, delivery timing, and account issues to identify risks and determine appropriate next steps, • Help resolve escalated account matters involving deliveries, pricing, returns, swaps, markdown support, and service exceptions, • Review weekly and monthly business reporting to support forecasting, account planning, and leadership recommendations, • Support special projects, market recaps, and strategic analysis related to wholesale performance and channel growth Who You Are • You have 5+ years of experience in wholesale sales, account management, or business development within fashion, apparel, or retail, • You have a strong track record of managing key wholesale accounts and driving profitable revenue growth, • You bring experience developing account strategies, negotiating commercial terms, and influencing decisions across internal and external stakeholders, • You are highly analytical and comfortable translating sales data into business recommendations, • You have strong commercial judgment and are confident making recommendations that affect revenue, margin, and account strategy, • You are an excellent communicator and presenter with strong relationship-management and negotiation skills, • You are collaborative, proactive, adaptable, and able to work effectively across functions, • You have strong organizational skills and can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, • You have strong knowledge of wholesale selling cycles, seasonal markets, and account planning, • Experience working with major retail partners, international accounts, drop ship programs, or off-price business is a plus, • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Why Join Us • Competitive compensation, • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, • 401(k) with a generous company match, • Flexible Spending Account (FSA), including Dependent Care FSA options, • Paid time off, including your birthday, • Generous employee discount on our collections, • Opportunities for growth and exposure to multiple areas of the business, • Positive, inclusive, and passionate team culture Equal Opportunity Statement ViX Paula Hermanny is an equal opportunity employer that values diversity and inclusion.
