Job Description TITLE: Marketing & Communications Coordinator LOCATION: Headquarters REPORTS TO: Marketing Manager CLASSIFICATION: Full Time, Non-Exempt PAY GRADE: NE 35 ($20.00 - $30.19 per hour) AVAILABILITY: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm Position Summary: The Marketing & Communications Coordinator supports the execution of marketing initiatives that help advance Pioneer’s brand and business objectives. This role is responsible for creating and scheduling content across various channels - including social media, email, and the website - as well as supporting the preparation, launch, and analysis of marketing campaigns. The Marketing & Communications Coordinator also assists with managing sponsorships, events, marketing requests, and internal administrative functions that support the department’s day-to-day operations. Essential Job Functions: Content Creation & Campaign Support • Draft compelling, brand-aligned content for digital and traditional marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and print materials., • Assist in the development, coordination, and reporting of marketing and communications campaigns., • Support the Marketing Manager in building and maintaining a strategic content calendar across all marketing channels, ensuring alignment with business priorities, seasonal campaigns, and community events., • Conduct content planning sessions with team members and internal stakeholders to identify upcoming content needs and opportunities., • Draft email communications using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring accurate targeting, formatting, and testing prior to deployment., • Assist with website and blog updates to keep content fresh, relevant, and in alignment with SEO and branding standards., • Manage incoming marketing support requests from internal teams, ensuring timely and effective execution of materials and deliverables., • Assist with audit preparation, file management, inventory of marketing materials, and other administrative duties that support team efficiency., • Maintain campaign documentation, vendor records, and compliance approvals as needed. Education & Experience: • Associate’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field preferred., • 1–2 years of relevant marketing or communications experience preferred (internship experience considered)., • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to accuracy and tone., • Familiarity with social media platforms and email marketing tools; experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud a plus., • Basic understanding of branding and visual identity principles., • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines., • Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow within a collaborative environment., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is a plus. Experience using email marketing platforms a plus., • Must have own transportation, or access to reliable transportation on short notice and valid driver's license plus ability to maintain this throughout employment., • Must be available to travel to branch locations or other off-site locations when needed on short (sometimes same day) notice., • Must be available to work occasional evenings and weekends for shows, seminars, etc. to assist with marketing needs. Job Description TITLE: Cash Management & Payment Systems Officer LOCATION: Headquarters REPORTS TO: Vice President – Bank Operations CLASSIFICATION: Full Time, Exempt PAY GRADE: EX 60 ($67,500 - $106,100 annually) AVAILABILITY: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm Position Summary: The Cash Management and Payment Systems Officer is responsible for oversight of all daily functions/tasks related to the development, implementation, and delivery of Pioneer’s Cash Management products, including but not limited to ACH Origination, Remote Deposit Capture, and Positive Pay to our business and municipal customers. Essential Job Functions: • Leads the Cash Management team ensuring the required assigned work is completed each day through assignment of tasks, setting deadlines and monitoring progress., • Develops and consistently executes coaching strategy with the team in conjunction with the VP—Bank Operations. Mentors, empowers, and develops all members of the management team., • Responsible for the development and delivery of payment channels including the functions and features of various payment methods to provide superior service and convenience to our customers., • Oversees the onboarding process for all new Business and Municipal Cash Management Clients. Monitor, evaluate and control customer change requests for limits on ACH Origination and RDC transactions and submit them for approval., • Ensures tasks related to municipal accounts are completed on a daily basis., • Collaborates with Risk Management (BSA and Compliance) in matters as they relate to payment system transactions, including reviewing and evaluating all ACH Origination and RDC onboarding packages, to ensure they contain properly completed Applications & Agreements, Customer Risk Assessments, RDC Site Evaluations, and RDC Self Assessments for completeness and submit to BSA/Risk department prior to new ACH/RDC setup., • Facilitates, records and disseminates periodic customer reviews, including but not limited to Payment System review. Evaluates completed periodic reviews for compliance with current ACH/RDC policies and best practices., • Participates in joint calls with Business Partners from Commercial Services, Retail branches, Business Banking, and Government Banking., • Effective in needs assessment and knowledge of Pioneer’s products, services, and processes to collaborate with other lines of business for recommendations to clients., • Prepares various Cash Management reports throughout the calendar year that are presented to the Board of Directors, Executive Team and other lines of business, including but not limited to Annual ACH and Remote Deposit Capture Review and Risk Assessments, and Quarterly Service Charge Reviews., • Oversees and coordinates payment services initiatives. Assists in establishing standards, identifying and implementing effective services policies, practices, and procedures across all cash management and payment channels. Works with Deposit Operations Officer and/or VP-Bank Operations to develop, maintain, update, coordinate and manage all procedures and policies regarding adherence to various Banking Regulations as they relate to payment systems., • Maintains a focus on the emerging developments, regulatory changes and enhancements in the cash management and payments industry and make recommendations that will allow Pioneer to provide modern, competitive products and services., • Provides assistance to the branches and internal departments with matters relating to questions on customer accounts, bank systems, applications, policies, processes and procedures. Acts as support for Business Banking, Municipal Banking and/or Retail Branch network in regard to all Cash Management and Payment Systems Products., • Proactively monitors changes to exam requirements/FFIEC guidance as issued and adjusting programs, policies and procedures in a timely manner, as it relates to vendor/product management., • Interviews, selects and trains staff in accordance with Pioneer’s EEO/AA commitment. Expertise with bank operational standards, NYS Banking Law and FDIC regulations a plus., • Proven experience evaluating processes and partnering with business leaders., • Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) Certification preferred., • Experience with basic office automation software, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook., • Must have own transportation or access to reliable transportation and maintain a valid driver's license throughout employment.
