Operating and maintaining core business systems such as Addepar (a data aggregation and reporting system) and Practifi Sales force Billing & Revenue Operations Support Support the end-to-end management fee billing cycle: o Validate AUM and fee bases o Ensure accuracy of fee schedules o Assist with invoice generation and review o Reconcile billed amounts and investigate variances Partner with client service and finance teams to resolve client billing questions or corrections promptly. Finance Operations (Analyst Scope) Support cash flow tracking (inflows/outflows, expected receipts, recurring expenses) and provide weekly/monthly summaries. Collaboration & Stakeholder Support Serve as a key liaison between portfolio management, client service, finance/accounting, and compliance teams to ensure operational integrity.
