Position Summary: The Marketing Coordinator supports the implementation of marketing and communications strategies across all channels. This role will support brand visibility, employee engagement, and customer outreach through social media management, swag and promotional items, event coordination, and editorial content development. The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure consistent brand representation and seamless execution of marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is an organized multitasker and self-starter able to handle diverse projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines. Responsibilities: Social Media (External Communications) • Manage day-to-day operations of corporate social media accounts (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc)., • Develop content calendars and campaign assets., • Create, schedule, and monitor engaging posts aligned with brand guidelines and campaign goals., • Track and report social media performance metrics to support continuous improvement. Report on campaign performance and compile basic analytics reports, • Oversee company-branded merchandise inventory and vendor relationships., • Coordinate ordering, fulfillment, and distribution of swag for internal and external needs (events, giveaways, employee programs)., • Assist in developing and editing marketing materials, newsletters, and editorial pieces., • Partner with business units and communications team to produce consistent and compelling content., • Create and edit content for websites, social media, emails, and print materials, • Maintain content calendars and ensure timely publication, • Collaborate with designers to develop effective marketing collateral, • Support planning and execution of corporate events, tradeshows, and community engagement activities., • Coordinate logistics (venue, catering, travel, registration, collateral, giveaways)., • Ensure events reflect brand standards and deliver strong employee and customer experiences, • Maintain organized marketing asset library and content management systems, • Oversee inventory of marketing materials and manage reordering process, • Process and track marketing expenses within allocated budgets, • Serve as liaison between marketing and other departments, • Build productive relationships with vendors and external partners, • Provide regular updates on project status to marketing team, • Associates degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field with 4 years of experience OR, • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field with 2 years of experience, • Strong knowledge of and experience with Adobe Creative Suite., • Experience with website content management systems: WordPress., • Knowledge and awareness of Adobe Experience Manager; Pardot/Account Engagement; Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Microsoft Office, OneDrive, Forms, etc) and Asana, • Proficiency in basic digital marketing tools, • Experience with content management systems and social media platforms, • Experience coordinating events or trade shows, • Experience with email marketing platforms and analytics tools, • Outstanding verbal and written communication, presentation, interpersonal, creative thinking, consulting, and analytical skills., • Ability to prioritize work to manage multiple projects to meet deadlines., • Excellent problem-solving/decision-making skills., • Ability to multi-task, • Candidates must have a valid driver's license.
