Job Description A Little About Us We are not accepting candidates from third-party recruiters or agencies for this role — direct applicants only. Oats Overnight is on a mission to build a generational CPG brand. Since 2016, our high-protein, drinkable oatmeal has reached over a million customers through direct-to-consumer, and we’re now scaling with all major nationwide retail and club partners. Our goal is to become a household brand by leveraging speed, storytelling, and strategy. We are vertically integrated — we develop, manufacture, and fulfill everything in-house. This operational control allows us to move quickly, innovate often, and bring customers directly into our product development process. It also makes our brand tangible and real: our factories, our people, and our product pipeline are all part of the story. This is an exciting stage for Oats Overnight. We are emerging as a significant omni-channel brand, launching new products, and building the infrastructure required to scale responsibly. Every teammate has equity because we’re building something big together, and everyone plays an important role in getting us there. Our Core Values At Oats Overnight, how we work matters just as much as what we accomplish. Our core values guide how we make decisions, lead teams, and build our business every day. Ownership We are all owners. We show up with passion and accountability in everything we do. Be willing to fight for our company. Ownership means stepping up beyond formal roles; if something is broken, fix it or call it out. We each shape what Oats Overnight becomes. Rational How we decide matters. We focus on what we can control, not the noise of short-term outcomes. We win by repeatedly making high-quality decisions. Iterative We always look to challenge the status quo. Excellence is constant improvement, especially in a world that never stands still. When the data or situation changes, so do we. Curiosity We ask questions, even when it’s uncomfortable. Understanding creates clarity. Learning and leading go hand in hand, and experts who stop asking fall behind. Thinking differently keeps us ahead. What’s The Job?
