This will give you the opportunity to grow from a manager to an executive level leader over a multi-unit brand., • The GM is in charge for the overall operations, performance, and success of the clinic(s), ensuring all business objectives are met, including patient satisfaction, staff management, and financial targets., • You will be given as much responsibility and growth as you can handle. Relentless Pursuit of Excellence • Lead the clinic to consistently exceed performance targets across revenue, patient satisfaction, retention, and operational efficiency., • Develop, execute, and continuously refine sales, marketing, and community outreach strategies to drive sustained growth and brand dominance in the local market., • Own the full P&L of the clinic, including revenue growth, cost control, staffing efficiency, and profitability. Results are owned, not explained., • Take full responsibility for clinic performance, addressing challenges proactively and solving problems without waiting to be asked., • Actively seek feedback from ownership, franchisor leadership, patients, and staff., • Commit to continuous personal and professional development as the business scales from single-unit to multi-unit operations., • Hire, train, mentor, and coach a high-performing team that thrives in a high-expectation, high-support environment., • Foster a positive, competitive, and collaborative clinic culture where team wins matter more than individual ego., • Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA, medical guidelines, ethical standards, and all regulatory requirements., • Operate with transparency, honesty, and professionalism in all patient, employee, vendor, and partner interactions., • Deliver an exceptional, concierge-level patient experience while driving smart, sustainable business growth., • Balance outstanding patient care with strong sales execution, ensuring patients receive solutions that truly serve their health goals., • Oversee lab operations, equipment usage, inventory management, and compliance to ensure safety, accuracy, and efficiency., • Represent Gameday Men’s Health at community events, local businesses, and referral partner meetings to drive awareness and new patient acquisition., • Holds yourself to a higher standard than anyone else does.
