Who You Are * 2+ years in a full-time technical or engineering role. * Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. * Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or Go. * Experience with distributed computing, containerization, and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Linux). * Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. * Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment and eager to learn quickly. * Passionate about AI, machine learning, and large language modelshands-on experience is a plus.
