Position Overview The Executive Assistant to the CEO is the backbone of Bona Dea Gynecology’s high-performing, mission-driven team. This part-time role (minimum 25 hours/week) is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-obsessed, thrives on creating order, loves problem-solving, and is passionate about helping women live healthier, more empowered lives. This is not a typical assistant role. You’ll become a trusted right hand, managing email and calendar systems, coordinating patient-facing and media-facing priorities, handling high-level personal and household logistics, and streamlining Dr. Verrico’s day-to-day operations across her clinical, educational, and entrepreneurial platforms. The position requires you to be strategic, resourceful, and proactive, with a balance of critical thinking, trustworthiness, and compassion. You will directly report to Dr. Tracy Verrico, CEO, and will play a key role in scaling the practice’s mission to transform women’s health. Key Responsibilities & Metrics for Success You’ll Be Responsible For: • Full management of inbox and calendar (business + personal), • Daily 30-minute sync meetings with the CEO, • Scheduling interviews, travel, podcast recordings, and events, • Coordinating household tasks, bills, and personal appointments, • Updating SOPs, project timelines, and documents in Notion, • Bundling and organizing meetings by theme to maximize efficiency, • Tech-savvy and highly organized (Notion, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Flowdesk, Canva, etc.), • Emotionally intelligent with excellent written communication skills, • Proactive, resourceful, and able to think 3 steps ahead, • Comfortable handling both professional and personal responsibilities, • Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred (see below), • 3+ years experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting a CEO, physician, entrepreneur, or senior leader, • Tech-savvy: fluent in Google Workspace, Notion, Microsoft Office, Zoom, Flowdesk, Calendly, etc., • Highly organized, self-directed, and anticipatory — you think 3 steps ahead, • Strong written and verbal communication skills, • High emotional intelligence, discretion, and professionalism, • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Operations Management, Healthcare Admin, or related, • Certification(s): Certified Administrative Professional (CAP), PMP, or Executive Assistant Certificate, • Experience in healthcare, coaching, consulting, or functional medicine, • Starting salary: $41,000 annually (part-time, minimum 25 hours/week), • Bonus Opportunity: Performance-based bonuses tied to quarterly KPIs and strategic outcomes Send us your resume and a short message telling us why you’re a perfect fit for this role.
