Regional Nurse Practitioner Specialty Infusion Provider Mar 02, 2026 The Regional Nurse Practitioner is responsible for the oversight and delivery of safe IV therapy for patients on specialty medications that treat neurological, rheumatologic, gastroenterological, and immunological disorders. This role will be highly involved in creating and implementing best clinical practices for our clinical team, patients, and referral sources. The Regional Nurse Practitioner will oversee clinics across multiple locations. This is a full-time position with typical working hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Hours and work shift may change in accordance with business needs. Exempt employees must have the ability to be on-call and available, as business needs require. You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week. Primary Responsibilities • Provides direct patient care in the form of evaluating and documenting patient clinical assessments and IV therapy as aligned with company, federal and state policies, • Prescribes necessary medications and vaccinations to mitigate acute infusion reactions and/or medication side effects, under the supervision of the infusion center Medical Director, • Works closely with the leadership in their region and company leadership to meet key performance metrics for the market, • Collaborates with business leaders to implement new markets and programs, • Reviews daily, weekly and monthly management reports to monitor and manage care delivery, • Collaborates with vendors and community organizations for improved service delivery, • Oversees all patient scheduling activities in conjunction with the Patient Care Coordinators/Administrative Assistants/Scheduling Support Specialists and identifies, develops, and implements new scheduling workflows and/or protocols as needed, • Oversees all clinic-based staffing schedules, • Maintains routine reporting via EMR to evaluate current clinic statuses, • Assists with Accreditation Policy education and implementation, • Maintains supply and drug inventory of "Buy & Bill" and Specialty Pharmacy (SP) inventory to effectively support daily operations, • Oversees and manages drug inventory storage per manufacturer requirements, including management of storage controls and any out-of-range remediation coverage, • Oversees and audits order entry into the patients EMR, • Oversees and evaluates infusion nursing services and the implementation of policies and procedures to ensure coordination and follow-through in care delivery, • Serves as a clinical resource for clinical staff and referral sources, • Assists in the selection, orientation, and ongoing training of clinical staff inclusive of other Nurse Practitioners, infusion RNs, LPNs, and clinical admins, • Manages employees through establishing performance goals, allocating resources, and maintaining an appropriate staffing ratio for the AIC, • Participates in Quality Assurance activities as directed by the Director of Clinical Services, • Ensures that departmental staff complete orientation, maintain clinical competence, and participate in continuing education, as required and as needed to provide safe and professional services to our patients, • Ensures that all patient related documentation and clinical reports are accurately completed, submitted and/or filed in a timely manner, according to internal and external regulatory requirements and in support of the billing process, • Assists the Director of Clinical Services in ensuring compliance with all regulatory agencies governing health care delivery by monitoring onsite clinical operations and initiating changes where required, • Participates in planning, decision making and implementation of office activities that affect the clinical nursing team, • Other job duties administrators, and external stakeholders to align clinical operations with organizational goals, • Regulatory Compliance: Maintains a thorough understanding of federal, state, and local health care regulations, ensuring all clinics operate within legal and ethical guidelines Qualifications Required Qualifications: • Master's degree from an Accredited Nurse Practitioner program with current certification in the state of employment, • Unrestricted NP License in the state of employment, • Current DEA and state-level controlled substance license, • National Provider Identifier (NPI) number, • BLS or ability to obtain upon hire, • ONS Fundamentals of Chemotherapy and Immunotherapy Administration Certification, or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire, • Ability to apply for Nurse Practitioner license in other states as required upon hire, • Ability to obtain RN and NP licensure in other states where Measure Health Innovations, Inc operates, • Experience in management of patients on specialty medications and in management of nursing staff, • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel), • Ability to accomplish any and all duties with little to no assistance, • Ability to travel between multiple clinics in assigned market up to 25% of the time, • 5+ years of Infusion therapy experience Physical Requirements This is a largely active on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401(k) contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $91,700 to $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
