Job Summary: This role exists to multiply the effectiveness of the Founder by protecting time and focus, managing priorities, and ensuring disciplined follow-through across multiple businesses. The Executive Assistantoperatesas a trusted extension of the Founders intent, judgment, and standards. This is not a traditional administrative role. It is a long-term partnership built on trust, discretion, and shared accountability. The right person will become deeply embedded in theFounders day-to-day operations and decision-making, with the expectation of growing alongside the Founder for many years to come. Duties &Responsibilities: Protecting Time and Focus • Design, manage, and protect the Founders calendar with a strategic lens., • Filter meetings, requests, and interruptions based on priority and impact., • Reduce unnecessary context switching and low-leverage commitments., • Ensure the Founder is prepared, focused, and present for high-impact work. Priority and Decision Support • Serve as the central intake for information, requests, and updates., • Manage sensitive matters with strict confidentiality and discretion, especially decisions that directly impact the company's global operations., • Synthesize information into concise briefs, agendas, and summaries., • Track open decisions, commitments, and unresolved priorities., • Surface risks, overload, or misalignment early rather than late. Execution and Follow-Through • Translate decisions into clear next steps and ownership., • Track follow-ups, deadlines, and commitments across businesses., • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure execution., • Ensure important initiatives do not stall due to a lack of attention. Proxy, Gatekeeper, and Challenger • Represent the Founders priorities and standards in daily interactions., • Push back respectfully on low-value or misaligned requests., • Challenge assumptions and decisions when something does not align., • Act as a proxy for the Founder inappropriate internalcontexts., • Be responsive to emails/texts/phone calls, with contact outside normal business hours Long-Term Stewardship • Document the Founders preferences, patterns, and operating rhythms., • Improve systems, workflows, and routines around the Founder over time., • Maintain institutional memory across multiple businesses., • Grow inresponsibility and scope as the Founder andorganizationsscale. What This Role Is Not • This is not a task-only administrative position., • This is not a role that waits for instruction., • This is not measured by hours worked or volume of activity., • This is not a short-term or transitional role. Key Performance Metrics: • The Founders time and focus are consistently protected., • Priorities are clearer, and execution improves., • Fewer unnecessary issues reach the Founder., • Decisions turn into outcomes faster and more reliably., • The Founder experiences reduced cognitive load and increased clarity.
