    Job Overview Bodē NYC, which was established in August 1999 as Manhattan's first Bikram Yoga Studio, has grown to include two locations and a diverse range of fitness classes, such as Hot HIIT™, Hot bodē flow, Sculpt, Pilates, and Yin Nidra. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various settings, ensuring a safe, pristine and pleasant environment for all occupants. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Duties • Perform general cleaning tasks including laundry, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors., • Clean and sanitize studios, restrooms, locker rooms, lobbies, and other common areas., • Dispose of trash and recyclables in accordance with company policies., • Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting any shortages or maintenance needs., • Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment., • Assist with special cleaning projects as needed., • Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding cleaning schedules and tasks. Qualifications • Previous experience in a cleaning role, laundry, and maintenance is preferred., • Comfortable in a gym/fitness environment, • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately., • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team., • Good physical stamina; ability to lift up to 25+pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the shift., • Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes., • Flexibility to work evenings or weekends if necessary.
