Colorado Springs Orthopaedic Group (“CSOG”) is seeking Full-time Licensed Physical Therapist(s) to join our outpatient rehab team. Position Summary: Provide comprehensive, individualized physical therapy services—including evaluation, treatment planning, functional training, patient education, and development of home programs—designed to improve independence and quality of life. What You’ll Do: • Conduct patient assessments and create goal-driven treatment plans, • Deliver skilled therapy interventions based on best practices, • Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and strategies, • Collaborate with physicians, PTs, and support staff, • Accurately document patient progress and outcomes, • Current Colorado Physical Therapy license (or eligibility within 6 months), • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy, • Strong clinical reasoning and interpersonal skills, • Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, • PTO + Paid Holidays, • 401k Plan & Retirement Options, • CEU Stipend to help support your growth as a clinician, • Health, Vision, & Dental Insurance Options Interested in making a difference with a great team?
