Day in the life: After completing a two-week paid training, youll begin handling inbound phone calls, answering questions/concerns from current and future members as well as club staff regarding the Planet Fitness brand while delivering +1 customer service. In addition, youll help maintain department inboxes and monitor call volume as needed. Who are we looking for? Previous call center or customer service experience required, bilingual is a plus! Must have high school diploma and be at least 18 years old. A nonexempt employee is one who is entitled to the minimum wage and/or overtime pay protections of the FLSA. The anticipated work schedule for this position will be set during normal Call Center hours of operation and determined by business need.
