Reporting to Controller/Senior accounting manager, this role is responsible for supervising major financial aspects of the company, ensuring its financial accuracy, and providing insightful suggestions to support organizational objectives. Key Accountabilities: 1. Financial Planning and Strategy • Develop and implement financial plans aligned with the organization's goals and, • objectives., • Provide financial insights and recommendations to the controller and senior executives., • Conduct regular financial analysis to identify opportunities and mitigate risks. 2. Financial Management • Supervise the company’s financial operations, including budgeting, accounting, and, • financial reporting., • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting principles., • Optimize financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy. 3. Risk Management • Identify and assess financial risks, proposing strategies to mitigate them., • Establish and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets., • Stay informed about industry trends and changes in financial regulations. 4. Capital Management • Be insightful in the company’s capital structure to optimize funding and liquidity., • Analyze investment opportunities and assess their impact on financial performance., • Work with financial institutions and banks to secure necessary funding and manage relationships. 5. Financial Reporting and Analysis • Prepare timely and accurate financial statements, reports, and presentations for, • internal and external stakeholders., • Ensure compliance with reporting requirements and standards. 6. Strategic Leadership • Collaborate with the executive team and general managers to align financial, • strategies with overall business objectives., • Provide leadership and mentorship to the finance team, fostering a culture of, • accountability and continuous improvement., • Participate in key decision-making processes as a trusted advisor. 7. Treasury & Cash Management • Manage cash flow and liquidity to meet operational needs., • Develop and implement strategies for cash management, working capital, and risk mitigation., • Monitor and manage relationships with banks and financial partners. 8. Tax Planning and J-SOX Audit Compliance • Develop and execute tax strategies to optimize the company’s tax position., • Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and reporting requirements., • Collaborate with external advisors as needed. Proven 3+ years of experience in a financial role. * Strong understanding of financial management, accounting principles, and business operations. * Analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. * Leadership and interpersonal abilities. * Communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to diverse audiences. * Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements. * Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. * Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
