Job DescriptionSummary The Staff Accountant proactively manages day-to-day accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger reconciliations. This role supports accurate financial operations while helping translate transactional data into actionable financial insights. The Staff Accountant works closely with the Controller and provides critical support across daily accounting operations, month-end close activities, and financial analysis. Key Responsibilities • Coordinate and schedule private aviation trips in collaboration with dispatch and operations teams, • Communicate accurate, timely trip details to clients, and internal teams; mitigate problems and solutions in a calm & professional manner, • Manage end-to-end trip logistics, including catering, ground transportation, and aircraft positioning, • Prepare and review flight cost estimates and trip details.
