Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our esteemed cardiology practice, serving the Heath/Dallas areas. About Us: Connected Cardiovascular Care Associates (C3) is a leading cardiovascular practice led by Dr. Tony Das, a nationally recognized Interventional Cardiologist. We specialize in all aspects of cardiovascular care including coronary, vascular, structural, heart failure, electrophysiology and preventive cardiology. Our team includes Dr. Imran Baig, Interventional and Structural Cardiologist, Dr. Nicholas C. Macpherson, cardiovascular imaging and heart failure specialist, Dr. Azizul Rehman, Interventional Cardiologist, Dr. Ken Johnson, Interventional Cardiologist, Dr. Syed Saad, Electrophysiologist, and Cardiovascular Nurse Practitioners Victoria Skobel and Heather George. Location: This role requires travel to our two practice locations; 2 days/week in our Dallas office located at 12720 Hillcrest Road, Dallas, TX 75230, and 3 days/week in our Heath office located at 6785 Horizon Road, Heath, TX 75032. Job Type: Full-time Position Summary: • Clinic Hours: Monday-Thursday, 8:30am-5pm; Friday, 8:30am-3pm., • Clinic Locations: 2 days in Dallas, 3 days in Heath., • Hospital Rounding: Dallas, Plano, Rockwall, and Rowlett area facilities., • After-Hours Call: Every one in five weekends, • Work Environment: Supportive culture of work/life balance., • EMR System: eClinicalWorks (outpatient setting) and Epic (inpatient setting)., • Proficient in charting patient history, physical exams, and other notes in the EMR with supervising physician and independently., • Build rapport and maintain regular communication with patients, families, primary care physicians, and specialists including communicating test results., • Triaging patient needs with support from Medical Assistant team; this includes responding to patient inquiries, reviewing testing and imaging results, performing peer to peer requests, updating pre-operative H&Ps, etc., • Demonstrate excellent clinical, interpersonal, and organizational skills., • Work independently and as part of a team., • Primarily clinic-based role with some hospital rounding on a small inpatient census., • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program., • Nurse Practitioner - AGACNP or ANP required., • Valid Texas license in good standing., • Controlled Substance Registration and Federal DEA Certification., • Competitive salary, negotiable depending on experience., • Productivity bonus structure., • Medical, dental, and vision insurance., • Matching 401(k) retirement plan., • Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and Health Savings Accounts (HSA)., • Life, AD&D, long-term disability, and short-term disability insurance., • Employee Assistance Program., • Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidays., • Malpractice insurance. 99 Healthcare Management is a Dallas-based physician practice management company.
