About the Position: During a visit that can last up to one hour, Matrix providers review and observe a member’s current health, medical history, medication adherence, social environment and other risks. This provides unmatched insight into a member’s overall health and well-being that can be difficult to capture during routine office visits. Hours: Monday – Friday, 8 to 5:30 PM - Salary: $116,700.00 - $158,200.00 per year based on experience Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Company paid holidays, Life Insurance and Mileage Qualifications What is Required: • Master’s Degree OR commensurate experience and satisfactory completion of NP or PA licensure, • Current RN and NP/PA licensure in state of practice to include prescription authority or the ability to obtain prescriptive authority, • Board certified by the NCCPA, AANP, ANCC or the AACCN in a Matrix approved specialty, • Current BLS, ACLS or CPR certification, • 1+ years active experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, • Strong computer skills and familiarity with employee health/medical record software, • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with patient, clients, and colleagues, • Travel required to meet patients where they live across the assigned state and possiblity neighboring states., • Must be willing to travel up to 80-90% of the time for extended periods of time to include weekends (must be willing to travel overnight)., • Ability to travel - Valid state driver license, able to drive a car, proof of adequate automobile insurance coverage for the state of residence.
