The Technical Assistant provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Administrative Manager, Project Supervisor, technical staff, and consultants within the business line. This role is responsible for managing complex scheduling needs, coordinating and documenting business development activities, and ensuring the smooth execution of internal and external engagements. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple tasks across various platforms, and a proactive approach to anticipating team needs.
