Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, Toast POS for cashiering and sales processing. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and quick calculations during transactions. Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of sanitation practices related to food handling and kitchen cleanliness. Experience working in a restaurant, café, grocery store, or retail environment is a plus.
