We are currently hiring Sales Consultant to join our Staten Island team.

Conduct consultations and build strong customer rapport
Help homeowners understand the financial and environmental benefits of going solar
Strategically guide prospects through the decision-making process
Participate in weekly trainings designed to refine your skills and grow your income Desired qualifications for Sales Consultant:
1+ year of experience in sales (automotive, real estate, or home improvement industries preferred)
Must be able to commute to Staten Island
Comfortable going door-to-door or meeting customers in-home
Motivated by growth and earning potential
Hungry but humble — you don’t need to be the loudest to be the best
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Positive, solution-oriented attitude
Outgoing personality
Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle (required)
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
