Kitchen Manager Benefits & Compensation • Competitive base salary, • Performance-based bonus up to 15% of base salary, • 50% employer-covered health insurance for individuals, • Generous paid time off: 1 week after 6 months, 2 weeks after 1 year, 3 weeks after 3 years, • Previous experience managing a scratch kitchen or upscale coffee/food concept, • Strong background in kitchen leadership and back-of-house operations, • Experience with QSRs featuring scratch kitchens or higher-end coffee concepts, • Skills in vendor relationships, ordering, and food cost management, • Lead back-of-house team in daily kitchen operations, ensuring food quality and fresh ingredient standards, • Oversee food safety, sanitation, inventory, ordering, and waste management, • Execute menu items, maintain prep lists, and ensure recipe consistency, • Optimize portion control and manage kitchen costs to achieve financial targets, • Motivate, train, and mentor kitchen staff to foster a positive work environment
