This role is the operational hub for our distribution and customer support, managing the flow of products from our facility to our customers. The ideal candidate excels in a fast-paced environment, is well-versed in computer programs, possesses strong organizational and customer service skills, and has a foundational knowledge of the agricultural or equine industry. Our Compensation and Benefits show how much we value our team: • $22-$24 per hour, Depending on Experience, • Medical/Dental/Vision Coverage, • Generous company contribution towards medical benefits for employees and dependents, • 401K with company match, • Life Insurance paid by the company Job Duties: Logistics & Dispatch Management (The Core Function) • Dispatch and Coordination: Act as the primary dispatcher for all outbound deliveries, including company-owned (EGM) trucks, deliveries to major retail partners, and specialized custom milling orders., • Documentation Preparation: Prepare and organize all necessary shipping paperwork, including loading maps for warehouse staff and driver sales orders for delivery personnel., • Schedule Management: Own and maintain the EGM transportation calendars, ensuring optimal scheduling, efficiency, and communication across all delivery routes and deadlines., • Account Invoicing: Accurately process and manage account invoicing related to transportation and product sales, ensuring timely payment cycles., • Office Administration: Manage daily opening and closing office duties, ensuring the facility is prepared for business operations., • Customer Relations: Serve as a primary point of contact for the company, delivering exceptional customer service to all clients, dealers, and partners., • Communication Flow: Efficiently manage all incoming and outgoing communications, including answering phones and responding to emails promptly and professionally. Required Skills & Experience • Experience: Proven strong foundation in customer service in previous professional roles., • Technical Proficiency: High level of competence in using standard office software, including Excel and Google Drive, and the ability to quickly learn other technologies., • Transportation Knowledge: Familiarity with modern logistics practices and the use of electronic logs (ELDs) for commercial drivers.
