It's more than a job As a Contract Logistics IT Systems Lead Engineer at Kuehne+Nagel, you will manage end-to-end implementation of Warehouse Management Systems for our company. Your primary objective is to be successful in gaining and retaining customer business by offering Vertical leading solutions for Anchor Project. As an IT Systems lead engineer you are a driving force for the design of the solution and you are a recognized subject matter expert in your area(s) of expertise. They will be required to operate in a pre-sales environment, partnering with stakeholders to document processes and procedures that support the testing, validation, and successful implementation of healthcare systems. You will be working with, and coordinating internal and external stakeholders, as well as the customer while focusing on an end to end successful delivery of the project. You will also be a key person to develop together with the team new IT standards, tool and solutions for the customer in the vertical and continent. You are also a go-to-expert and trainer for consultation of other projects in the continent relating IT. The right candidate will have a continuous improvement mindset and a tendency towards 5S in the workplace. How you create impact Key elements for an E2E (Enterprise to Enterprise) Delivery Accountability are: * Tender & Pre-Sales & Concept/Solutioning & Design: Lead technical discovery with customer, solution options, high-level architecture/NFRs(Non- Funtional Requirements), sizing, SCT (Supply Chain Technology), ROM( Rough Order of Magnitude) /DFE(Definitive Estimate) estimates, risks/assumptions, and delivery wave plans for bids/RFPs (Request for Proposal). Review automation concepts and solutions. * Delivery: Accountable for build, configure, integration, test, performance assurance, data readiness, stable environment, cut-over plans and hypercare stabilization. * Operations: Ensure operational readiness, documentation/runbooks, knowledge transfer; provide L3 support and drive problem management. * Standardization & Governance: Create reusable patterns, reference designs, IaC/config baselines, and runbooks; coach/check/train engineers, also in the continent where needed; enforce quality gates. What we would like you to bring Bachelor Degree in an Information Technology field or equivalent work experience Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain a plus 4-10 years Contract Logistics or 3PL experience required 2-5 years experience as a Solutions Design Specialist 2-5 years Project Management experience 2-5 years in supporting the documentation and testing of healthcare systems for go-live This position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship.
