In this role, youll be reporting to the Marketing Activation Manager with a hybrid working schedule between our Fairfield, NJ location and home office. What you will be doing Create unforgettable experiences • Support all aspects of event planning and management, from concept ideation to flawless execution, • Coordinate with designers, partners, and vendors to bring showhouses and collaborations to life, • Manage press pitching and communications calendars to keep our brand in the spotlight, • Input and monitor marketing activities in our task management system, • Schedule and organize meetings, book travel, and oversee all related logistics, • Gather and analyze data to evaluate the impact of events, partnerships, and press initiatives, • Share insights and recommendations to continuously elevate our marketing efforts What You Bring to the Table • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, • Highly organized and experienced in managing vendors and client relationships, • Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while managing multiple projects and priorities, • Collaborative team player with positive energy, adaptability, and openness to reprioritization, • Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset and exceptional attention to detail, • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), • Interest in Marketing or Interior Design is strongly desired The Phillip Jeffries Experience At Phillip Jeffries, we believe exceptional work deserves exceptional care.
