Position Summary: As a Line Leader, you will be an ambassador of Mighty Quinn’s BBQ. You will be an integral part of creating exciting and rewarding guest experiences through positive face-to-face interactions. You will report directly to the General Manager and work with other team members in a clean, safe, and respectful manner. You will be responsible for the general oversight of service on a day-to-day basis, as it relates to both food preparation and quality customer service. You will also assist other Front-of-House employees with all tasks necessary to execute successful service while upholding all company safety and food quality standards and procedures. *While Line Leaders are customarily our more experienced FOH employees, they do not directly supervise or manage any other FOH employees. Job Description: · Greet guests and guide customer experience · Serving and preparing food & drinks the Mighty Quinn’s way · Use a cash register (POS) and process payment transactions · Learn and maintain knowledge of our menu to effectively describe to guests · Set-up, maintain and break down service area · Practice food safety and sanitation standards required of foodservice establishments Assist with all shift duties, ensuring tasks are executed in accordance with safety and quality standards Provide support to Front-of-House team members to ensure successful service Occasionally assist BOH staff if necessary for successful execution of service Cover open shifts and/or step in to work on the service line, where necessary Monitor staff performance and ensure compliance with set company standards, where necessary Perform any and all other tasks customarily required of a Line Leader Requirements: · Great communication skills and teamwork · Able to multitask in a fast-paced, high-energy environment · Be outgoing and enthusiastically explain our epic BBQ to guests · Willingness to jump into different tasks and assist co-workers when required · Able to uphold high standards with a positive can-do attitude · Must be 18 years or older · Must be reliable and maintain consistent, punctual attendance · Food Handlers certificate required Skills: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
