Summary: Sevan is seeking a seasoned Project Executive to lead a complex, multi-site retail and light industrial construction program on behalf of a national brand client. You will act as a true extension of the client’s design and construction team, serving as the executive lead and strategic partner responsible for overseeing general contractors, architects, engineers, and key vendors. In this role, you will direct the full lifecycle delivery of the client’s construction initiatives including interior remodels of light industrial facilities, ensuring disciplined execution, consistency, and a standardized approach across all projects. What You'll Do: • Lead and mentor project teams to deliver multi-site programs on time and on budget., • Develop program execution strategies, budgets, schedules, and risk mitigation plans., • Drive accountability across general contractors, consultants, and internal teams., • Validate estimates, schedules, and cost controls to protect client investments., • Select and oversee general contractors and vendors to ensure performance excellence., • Own forecasting, margin performance, and overall program financial health., • Build strong, long-term client and partner relationships., • Identify efficiencies, technology solutions, and service enhancements., • Provide executive-level reporting and program performance insights., • Proactively mitigate risk and resolve issues before they impact delivery., • 15+ years of experience leading retail, light industrial, grocery, QSR, or multi-site construction programs., • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent experience., • Proven success managing national, multi-location construction initiatives at a senior or executive level., • Strong command of budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, risk management, and contract oversight., • Ability to interpret complex contracts, drawings, financial reports, and master schedules with confidence., • Executive-level communication skills, comfortable presenting to C-suite leaders and collaborating with field teams alike., • Strategic problem solver who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments., • Experienced people leader with a track record of building, mentoring, and holding high-performing teams accountable. This is a remote-based role with recurring travel of 20-40% to project locations. Pay & Benefits: The anticipated compensation range for the position is $130,000 - $150,000, is based on a full-time schedule, market and business conditions, and is commensurate on individual education, qualifications, and experience.
