This role is ideal for a sales professional who understands how refineries, chemical plants, contractors, and turnaround teams operate—and who has successfully sold services into these environments. You will be responsible for developing new business, expanding existing accounts, and positioning ResponsAble as a trusted partner for safety staffing during maintenance, outages, capital projects, and turnarounds. Key ResponsibilitiesAccount Growth & Market Development • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow revenue across assigned industrial territories, • Build and expand long-term relationships with plant managers, safety managers, project managers, and contractor leadership, • Grow market share through both new account development and expansion of existing customersIndustrial & Turnaround Sales Execution, • Identify and position for upcoming maintenance outages, capital projects, and turnarounds, • Proactively forecast client staffing needs ahead of planning and budgeting cycles, • Navigate multi-decision-maker environments involving both owner plants and contractorsClient Engagement & Support, • Maintain a strong on-site presence through client meetings, walk-throughs, and industry events, • Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding safety roles, onboarding requirements, and site-specific expectations, • Partner closely with internal operations and recruiting teams to ensure accurate, timely fulfillment of staffing requestsBusiness Development Activities, • Prospect and cold call targeted industrial accounts, • Effectively present ResponsAble’s services to all levels of customer organizations, • Minimum 3 years of successful B2B sales experience selling services into industrial, construction, maintenance, rental, or technical environments, • Proven experience supporting industrial maintenance outages, turnarounds, or project-based work, • Strong relationship-building skills with credibility in plant and contractor settings, • Demonstrated success in new account acquisition and long-term account management, • Comfortable operating in long, timing-driven sales cycles with multiple stakeholders, • Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills, • Proficient with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and Outlook, • College degree preferred, but not requiredWhat Makes You Successful in This Role, • Deep familiarity with industrial operations and safety culture expectations, • Ability to anticipate needs rather than react to requests, • Strong follow-through during high-pressure execution windows, • Adaptability to rapidly changing staffing demands, • Professional presence that builds trust with leadership at all levels Benefits • Competitive base salary plus sales incentive plan, • Company-paid business expenses, • Vehicle reimbursement, • Medical benefits including health, dental, and vision, • 401(k) retirement plan, • Paid vacation and holidays, • Ongoing professional development
