In this role, you’ll guide clients through our Flagship Store, helping them discover the perfect pieces and enjoy every detail of the Juliska and Capucine De Wulf experience. Reporting to the Flagship Store Manager, our Specialists help clients experience our brands at their very best, from curated tablescapes and home collections to meaningful gifts and special celebrations. Your Day-to-Day: • Deliver exceptional client experiences in person, by phone, and email, • Greet and guide clients with warmth and expertise, offering styling advice and product recommendations, • Utilize effective interactivity to comfortably connect with our customers, understand their needs and wants., • Greets and interacts with customers, consulting customers to understand their needs and purchasing preferences. Assists customers with purchase decisions., • Demonstrates, explains merchandise, selecting and suggesting appropriate options suitable to customer need., • Address customer feedback and requests in a professional manner. May handle returns and exchange process., • Maintain the elegance, organization, and safety of the Flagship Store, • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless, elevated client experiences, • A polished, approachable, and engaging presence, • Excellent communication and active listening skills, • Passion for luxury retail, design, and creating memorable client experiences, • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed Team Players All for one and one for all.
