Job Description Position Summary The Commercial Loan Specialist is a key support function to the commercial lending team. She/he assists with various commercial loan servicing activities, including but not limited to on-boarding of new and existing customer information, direct follow up with customers for required information, assist lending team with meeting reporting deadlines, database management, site visits and preliminary underwriting and customer interaction and correspondence. Essential Functions • Address overdrawn accounts situations, • Order credit reports on borrowers from Experian as needed., • Perform site visits of customers place of business, • Assist team with prep of credit memos with the loan officers for various purposes, including renewals, commitment extensions and loan revisions., • Process servicing requests for existing loan customers, such as statement requests and copies of other documents., • Monitor and report on assigned loan portfolio activity to bank management as requested., • Follow up with borrowers to obtain financial information or documentation, • Follow up with borrowers to obtain open items to facilitate the loan closing process., • Obtain environmental report bids and engage vendors, • Coordinate with borrowers and branch staff to open required deposit accounts before closing., • Communicate with people outside the organization on a regular basis including borrowers, brokers, and accountants., • Analyze personal credit data and personal financial statements to assist in the completion of Letters of Interest and commercial credit underwriting, • Assist with commercial loan/payment collections, • Begin the Loan Proposal write up and input as much information as possible, including existing deposit and loan balances, property info, code page info, etc., • Attend loan closing if the loan officer is unavailable, depending on level of experience, • Upload all documents and correspondence to Abrigo (financials, LPs, memos), • Move loans to closing once signed commitment letter and fees are received, • Job requires strict attention to detail and thoroughness in the completion of job duties., • Associates Degree preferred or related field or equivalent experience, • Three years + working at a Commercial Bank or Credit Union, • Ability to work independently with limited supervision, • Ability to work in a structured environment with established procedures, • Professional behavior mandatory at all times, • Customer service oriented, • Good organizational skills and ability to multi-task, • Ability to effectively communicate with other bank departments, • Excellent reading comprehension, • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing data, files, and records, designing forms, and other office procedures., • Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment including proficiency in Word, • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages., • Ability to speak and write clearly to effectively convey information so that others understand and as appropriate for the needs of the audience., • Ability to sit for long periods of time up to 75% of work hours., • Ability to use hands to grasp, handle or feel., • Ability use computer keyboard and system to enter data and process information., • Ability to talk, hear, and see., • Ability to use telephone to communicate with customers and employees., • Ability to drive for site visits of customers, • Moderate sound as in business office with office machines, computers, and people traffic., • It is the responsibility of each bank staff member and of management to adhere to policies and procedures designed to implement compliance with the laws and regulations to which the bank is subject. Description: This Content Marketing Manager role is responsible for the overall corporate content strategy and the creation, curation, and management of content produced for web, mobile, social, and other platforms on behalf of Kiswe. It is crucial for this role to have a strong understanding of Kiswes technology and brand voice, following and enforcing brand guidelines from both a written and creative perspective. This role reports into the Vice President of Marketing, and sits on the team with a Partnership Marketing Manager. Job Description About the Position Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned): • Manage FCL, LCL and special cargo (OOG) rate requests and lead the responses., • Manage the RFQ Process for Global FCL and LCL Sea Freight Tenders and leading RFQ in timely response., • Expert with pricing tools, databases, and processes., • Managed and updated the existing customers pricing., • Reviewed all sales requests for potential clients and offered rates based on market trends for each trade zone., • Analyzed changes in market conditions such as capacity, competition, schedules, and fees to develop, implement and track appropriate pricing strategies., • Proactively effectively communicate market/pricing/target strategies with our vendors and staff., • Independently analyze coming requests questions by using experience / strategy., • Negotiated rates and / or space allocation with steamship lines in support to Latin America, Trans-Pacific West/East Bound, Middle East, Oceania, Trans-Atlantic East/West Bound Trade lanes and Africa trade lanes., • Will collaborate closely with sales team, Kings Group Logistics branches and worldwide offices in developing strategy for winning success ratio of the sales staff., • Must be able to handle multiple requests at the same time., • Learn and understand the various pricing tools available to the team, such as reading the contracts, having skill on obtaining rate from the internal portal, being familiar with steam ship lines website., • Utilize logistics knowledge and experience to support and manage Sea freight pricing., • Provide sales support by issuing quotes on international trade lanes for existing and potential clients on services including spot rates, tenders, rate matrices and more, through the assistance of an Account Executive., • Generate daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports., • Coordinate with Account Executive(s) to generate new leads/quotations and improve/optimize their sales process., • Develop presentations for Account Executive(s) to present to potential customers., • Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals., • Create, maintain, and enter information into databases., • Support in the organization and maintenance of relationships throughout Kings Group Logistics’ portfolio., • Schedule and confirm appointments for clients, customers, or supervisors through the collaboration of an Account Executive., • Enter information pertaining to potential leads and current customers in the active CRM, Mailchimp., • Collaborate with Operations teams on an as needed basis for alternate options, rate discrepancies, etc., • Other duties or responsibilities as assigned according to the team specific requirements. Education & Experience • Associate's degree preferred and 1-5 years of experience related to sales support and/or account management in a Freight Forwarding setting.
