First-year commission earning potential when hitting goals: $75,000 - $165,000 In this position, you’ll learn to identify new opportunities, engage motivated buyers and sellers, and generate qualified leads that drive team production. You’ll also benefit from active listings to reference, ongoing lead opportunities, and direct mentorship from experienced agents who will help you refine your skills and gain traction in your business. Compensation: $75,000 - $165,000 at plan commissions Responsibilities: • Enter inbound leads and past clients’ current information into the customer database so all real estate agents and the sales team have the most up-to-date information, • Follow up with customers via phone calls, email, etc. to ensure they buy their next home with us, • Manage sales inquiries from qualified leads and convert them into new clients, • Evaluate the team’s progress toward company goals by producing monthly and quarterly sales reports, • Reach out to leads continuously until they have an appointment set with either a listing agent or buyer’s agent, • Relentless lead follow-up, • Follow the team plan, • Lead generation, • Set appointments, • Close appointments, • Close sales, • Grow into a lead buyer or listing agent, • Database and CRM mastery, • Sales scripts Qualifications: • Real estate license required, • Track record of excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills, • High school diploma required, Bachelor’s degree preferred, • A real estate license is required, • Superb communication, • Commission opportunity, • Sales experienceAbout Company Keller Williams — Los Feliz is one of the most collaborative and culturally rich offices in LA.
