ROLE DESCRIPTION: Joe Tamm - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members., • Manage appointment scheduling and office communications., • Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records., • Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options., • Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs., • Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.QUALIFICATIONS:, • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role., • Communication and interpersonal skills., • Organizational and multitasking abilities., • Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations., • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
