The base salary range applicable to this role is $90,500 - $113,000 and may adjust based on geolocation and experience. This role is open for US candidates to work remotely or can sit in our US Headquarters at our offices in New Providence, New Jersey. Description: This critical client-facing role will be the primary marketing liaison with our partners, ensuring they maximize revenue potential of every event and campaign powered by Kiswe. You will be a strategic advisor, hands-on marketer, and data-driven communicator, helping our partners achieve unprecedented success in the D2C streaming landscape. We envision this role as a great fit for a versatile, relationship-focused marketer who has experience working on a small team and executing responsibilities as an account manager or marketing strategist. It would be an ideal fit if youve worked for an agency that has focused on live entertainment or sports marketing and have a working knowledge of consumer marketing, digital marketing strategy, or live ticketed event strategy. This role will report to the Director of Marketing who has a background in live event marketing for major music and creator names across the globe. They will serve as both a manager and a coach to help you learn the ropes before you quickly own strategy and relationships more independently. Key Responsibilities: • Strategic Marketing Planning: Collaborate closely with partners to develop comprehensive marketing plans, including strategic objectives, target audience identification, and key performance indicators (KPIs)., • Relationship Management: Act as the primary marketing representative and strategist for each partner, building strong, trusted relationships and ensuring seamless communication and collaboration throughout the partnership lifecycle., • Revenue Maximization: Serve as the dedicated marketing lead for Kiswe's partners, actively working to maximize the revenue potential of each D2C partner., • Organic Content Strategy: Assist and advise partners in crafting effective organic social media posting schedules and content strategies to build anticipation, drive engagement, and funnel audiences to platforms and ticketed events., • Paid Media Expertise: Develop and oversee paid media tactics for partner campaigns, including communicating goals and strategy directly with agencies. This involves knowledge of campaign structures, how to efficiently allocate budgets, and defining target audiences., • Performance Reporting & Analysis: Interpret complex marketing and sales data, translating performance metrics (e.g., ticket sales, minutes watched, revenue, engagement features used ) into clear, actionable insights and strategic marketing recommendations for partners., • Press & PR Opportunities: Identify and facilitate press opportunities for partner events and initiatives, working with partners and PR teams to craft compelling narratives and secure media coverage., • Social Media Trend Leadership: Maintain a solid grasp of current social media marketing trends and platform best practices, advising partners on innovative ways to reach and engage their audiences., • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Kiswe's internal operations, account management, product, business development, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive and successful partner experience., • Flexible Schedule: Be available to support live events, which may occur during evenings or weekends, demonstrating flexibility and commitment to partner success., • Corporate Marketing Contribution (Plus): Leverage B2B marketing experience to contribute to Kiswe's corporate marketing initiatives, including content creation, industry analysis, and brand positioning. Qualifications: • Experience: 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a significant focus on client-facing roles that may include titles like account manager, marketing manager, market strategist., • Partner-Facing Acumen: Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills internally and externally, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport and manage partner expectations effectively., • Platform Knowledge: Proven track record in developing, managing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and Reddit).
