Learn more at You'll Do: We are seeking a Chief of Staff to the CMO to act as a strategic partner, operator, and force multiplier within the marketing organization. This role will work closely with the CMO to design and run effective management systems, translate strategy into clear frameworks and narratives, and ensure alignment across a fast-growing, cross-functional environment. The ideal candidate is equally strong in structured thinking and executive communication—someone who can build the systems behind the strategy and clearly articulate the "why," "what," and "how" to diverse audiences. About The Role:Strategic Partnership & Framework Development • Translate complex strategies into clear, compelling narratives for executive leadership, the broader company, and external stakeholders as neededManagement Systems & Operating Cadence, • Build, run, and continuously improve marketing management systems (planning cycles, OKRs, KPIs, QBRs, operating reviews), • Establish clear rhythms for prioritization, execution tracking, and decision-making, • Ensure visibility into progress, risks, and dependencies across marketing initiativesExecutive & Organizational Communication, • Ensure consistent messaging across marketing leadership and cross-functional partnersCross-Functional Leadership, • Act as a connector between Marketing and key partners including Sales, Product, Finance, Comms, and People, • Drive clarity of ownership, timelines, and decision rights across complex, cross-functional initiatives, • Represent the CMO in meetings and working sessions when appropriateSpecial Projects & Scale Initiatives, • Lead high-impact, ambiguous initiatives on behalf of the CMO, • Support org design, headcount planning, and scaling efforts within the marketing organization, • Identify opportunities to improve tools, processes, and ways of working as CoreWeave growsWho You Are:, • 7+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, program leadership, or a Chief of Staff–type role, • Demonstrated experience building and operating management systems (e.g., OKRs, planning frameworks, operating reviews), • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, • High level of discretion, judgment, and comfort operating in ambiguityPreferred:, • Experience in B2B marketing, cloud infrastructure, AI, or high-growth technology companies, • You love to bring structure to complex problems and turn strategy into clear plans that teams can execute., • You're curious about how organizations scale, how decisions get made, and how to create alignment across fast-moving, cross-functional teams. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
