Job Description The customer service representative will organize and coordinate office administration and procedures, in order to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency and safety.The customer service representative is responsible for streamlining administrative procedures, office staff supervision and task delegation. Energetic professional who doesn't mind wearing multiple hats. Experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and able to work independently with little or no supervision. Well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people. Benefits Hourly Base Salary + Commission Paid Time Off (PTO) Mon-Fri Schedule Evenings Off Responsibilities • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established., • Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales., • Process customer policy change requests., • Secure all Trailing Documents from customers., • Complete Evidence of Insurance requests., • Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills., • Confident, self-starter who works well independently., • Must have ability to multi-task., • Must be highly self-motivated., • Professional phone etiquette., • Property and Casualty License or Personal Lines License
