Key duties include engaging potential customers, explaining services, recommending solutions, and meeting sales goals in a dynamic environment, with compensation often based on uncapped commissions and unlimited earning potential. The role requires strong communication, sales, and problem-solving skills, and the ability to adapt to customer and market needs.
