Job Description Summary: Metal Sales is the nation's largest manufacturer of metal roofing and building systems with 21 locations across America. Our Spokane branch has an opening for a Maintenance Technician. Hours for this position are normally Monday – Friday 7:00 am – 4:00 pm. Overtime and/or working off normal shift may be required to support the equipment maintenance needs of the branch. The primary focus of this position is to keep our equipment operational by planning, organizing, and executing the branch preventative maintenance program. Types of equipment include roll formers, power folders, slitters, forklifts, and other industrial type of machinery. Additionally, this position keeps our building and the grounds in good shape which contributes to a safe working environment for our employees. You’ll be responsible for (but not limited to): • Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment for optimal performance while following all safety processes and procedures., • Completing preventative maintenance on production and warehouse equipment., • Designing, building and/or installing various types of project/machine enhancements., • Repairing building structures which may include minor construction projects., • Keeping the grounds in safe working conditions., • Providing timely feedback and status updates to branch management, corporate maintenance team, and vendors., • Maintaining electronic maintenance logs and instructions., • Assisting with other responsibilities as business needs warrant. This results in both revenue generation for the company and exceptional service for our customers. This position performs a variety of routine duties within established policies and procedures and receives detailed instructions on new projects and assignments. ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS Planning · Identify and profile prospective customers and develop strategic plans to secure sales opportunities. · Stay informed on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and territory planning. · Coordinate with internal departments to align sales plans with broader company goals and market penetration efforts. POSITION REQUIREMENTS Education & Experience · A minimum high school diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred. · Minimum of 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in medium- or heavy-duty truck sales. · Must possess a valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) or be able to obtain one within 60 days, if required for customer demos involving Class 8 vehicles. · Experience using computers, phones, and CRM software for managing sales activities and customer relationships. · Strong understanding of truck specifications and the ability to prepare detailed sales quotes. Job Description The chief responsibility of General Managers for Domino's is running and implementing operating standards in the restaurant, maintaining a calm environment, pushing for excellence in product quality and customer service as well as managing the store’s food and labor costs to ensure profitability. General Managers must be adaptable and self-motivated, and have a passion for customer service. Domino's is looking for someone who thrives in a fast paced yet fun working environment and can help maintain a positive crew morale. General Managers also have to know how to prepare pizzas and how best to deliver to designated places where the orders have been made. They also need to drop off nightly deposits at the bank, manage inventory and possible variances, input food orders including being able to project food needs and develop team members under them. Cash management, people management and time management skills are all required for the position. While performing the duties of this job, the team member may be required to work outdoors, in various temperatures, in a noisy environment, near moving mechanical parts, with dangerous equipment or sharp tools, and around fumes, odors, dust or toxic chemicals. Top GM pay per hour is $23 plus a monthly bonus set at 2% of sales share with a possible multiplier of 1.3 based on store performance.
