Accretive Enrollment Services has an exciting opportunity for a Bilingual Employee Benefits Counselor. The Bilingual Employee Benefits Counselor provides personalized enrollment assistance to employees through the benefits enrollment call center or in a face-to face environment. This role is responsible for explaining the benefits that are available to the employees and assist them with the enrollment process. This position requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be a subject matter expert with employee benefits and the enrollment process. The candidate must have excellent attention to details and organizational skills to manage the ongoing enrollments throughout the year. No experience needed, but preferred. In house training is available. How you'll make an impact • Must have knowledge or be willing to learn of employee benefit plans – i.e. Medical, Dental, Visions, FSA/HSA, Short- and Long-Term Disability, Life Insurance, Critical Illness, Accident, Hospital Indemnity, etc., • Demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of processes and best practices., • Responsible for inbound/outbound calls and emails for a specific set of employer groups., • Excellent time management skills with the ability to maintain multi-faceted projects, providing both quality and quantity while completing daily job duties and adhering to various deadlines with little to no supervision., • Maintains a high level of professionalism to all employees., • Consistently demonstrates high standards of integrity., • Maintains high regard for employee privacy in accordance with the corporate privacy policies and procedures., • Minimum of 1 year of enrollment experience preferred., • Call Center experience (preferred but not required)., • High School Diploma required., • Strong communication skills to deliver the benefits message set out by each employer group to education and guide employees through their benefits package., • Texas Life and Health license is required., • Must speak English., • Must speak Spanish., • Professional interpersonal skills. We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
