Job DescriptionBenefits: • Bonus based on performance, • Flexible schedule, • Opportunity for advancement, • Training & development This Assistant Manager position assists the Studio Manager with five main studio responsibilities: • Sales Associate Management, • Studio Assistant Management, • Inventory Management, • Customer Service Management Seeking 25-35 hours a week. Must have general availability, including weekends Current Job Location Opportunity: Closter, NJ Closter Studio Hours: S/S 8am-8pm, Monday- Friday 7am-9pm Preferred Experience: Sales, Customer Service, Supervisory. Experience working in a spa or health/wellness environment is a plus, however we are willing to train the right candidate. Compensation: $19 Hourly rate + Commission on sales + Bonus (after 60 days with the company) Free IRitual Membership Paid Training The responsibilities and duties of this position described here are representative of those an employee must perform. Primary Responsibilities • Taking an active role in the following areas: inventory management, new employee training, attending tabling events., • Takes the lead in the training and development of team members, • Acting as a liaison between the Studio Manager and Sales Associates and Studio Assistants, • Working closely with the Studio Manager on the implementation of standard operating procedures, specifically managing and ensuring Sales Associates and Studio Assistants are maintaining consistency and upholding daily expectations, • Performing weekly and monthly inventory review to inform data-driven purchasing, • Working with the Studio Manager to maintain the studio and the saunas., • Attending and training employees for tabling events, • Collaborate with Studio Manager to cover call outs, • Performing and documenting daily and weekly studio inspections to ensure facility operation standards are met and all equipment is functioning properly, • Communicating all updates, new products/offerings, events, and protocols to the team in the Studio Managers absence, • Resolving guest complaints or membership issues with the highest level of customer service, • Ensuring that systems are followed such as cleaning checklists, proper member check-In, telephone inquiries (general and sales related), waivers, studio tours, delinquent account procedures, and new membership agreements., • Ability and willingness to perform both the Studio Assistant and Sales Associate role, • Provide Studio Manager and Ownership with feedback from both the team and Perspire Guests to inform decisions and foster growth and excellence, • Maintaining high visibility and positive interaction with guests at all times. Ensuring guests receive hospitable, consistent, accessible and courteous service, • Promoting the benefits of IR Saunas and value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership to guests, • Understanding and speaking to the science, technology, and benefits of IR sauna, chromotherapy, and Red-Light therapy, • Bringing positive, team-first energy and helping make Perspire Sauna Studio an exceptional place to work, • Excellent interpersonal skills to ensure clear, effective communication with all guests and team members, • Results driven and motivated to meet or exceed sales targets, • Creative thinker bringing ideas to Ownership to increase membership, retain members, monetize the private event room, and bring in FTGs, • Ability to lead and influence others to achieve goals, • Superior customer service skills to mediate all situations with a calm, helpful demeanor, • No-job-is-too-small attitude, • Passionate about health and wellness, • Consistently show a positive, growth mindset, and responsibility for own actions, • Strong collaboration, organizational and prioritization skills, • Flexible and available to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekendsAbout Us Perspire's mission is to be the leading destination for affordable technology-based wellness solutions.
