Position Summary The Facilities Solutions Sales Representative is responsible for driving growth within Kelly Spicers’ Janitorial & Sanitation (Jan/San) product categories, including chemicals, equipment, paper systems, liners, PPE, and facility hygiene solutions. This role focuses on new business development, expanding existing accounts, and providing consultative expertise to facility managers, building service contractors, education, healthcare, and industrial customers. This is a high‑impact, customer‑facing sales role ideal for someone who is entrepreneurial, solutions‑focused, and passionate about helping customers maintain safe, clean, and productive environments. What You’ll Do Sales & Business Development • Promote and sell Kelly Spicers’ Jan/San product portfolio to meet or exceed revenue and margin targets., • Identify and pursue high‑value prospects such as BSCs, schools, municipalities, industrial facilities, and property managers., • Conduct site evaluations and needs assessments to identify opportunities for improved cleaning outcomes or cost savings., • Present tailored solutions, including product packages, dispensing systems, dilution control programs, and equipment recommendations., • Expand category growth in chemicals, PPE, dispensers, paper systems, liners, equipment, and related consumables. Account Management & Customer Engagement • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts through joint planning and proactive communication., • Execute customer contact plans to promote new product launches, sustainability initiatives, and facility hygiene programs., • Serve as the primary contact for product questions, escalations, and service concerns, resolving issues with internal partners., • Collaborate with suppliers and segment specialists on demos, training, equipment servicing, and product trials. Sales Operations & Reporting • Maintain complete customer profiles including contacts, sales history, pricing, and growth opportunities., • Communicate market insights, competitive activity, and customer trends to leadership., • Complete proposals, documentation, and reporting in an accurate and timely manner. Product Knowledge & Expertise • Build deep technical understanding of Jan/San products, dilution control systems, equipment operations, and safety protocols., • Stay current on industry trends, regulatory updates, and emerging cleaning technologies., • Participate in supplier trainings, industry events, and ongoing development programs. What We’re Looking For Education • High School Diploma or GED required, • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field preferred Experience • 3+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in Jan/San, industrial supply, B2B distribution, facilities management, or related fields, • Experience selling to BSCs, schools, healthcare, manufacturing, or property management strongly preferred, • Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales and margin goals Skills & Abilities • Strong understanding of Jan/San products, chemicals, equipment, or facility hygiene programs, • Ability to conduct on‑site product demonstrations and explain safe and proper usage, • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, • Strong negotiation and relationship‑building abilities, • Highly organized with strong problem‑solving capabilities, • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to a fast‑changing environment, • Strong business acumen and comfort managing a customized sales cycle, • Valid driver’s license The Physical Requirements and Working Conditions section is intended to describe the nature of work and the minimum requirements of the job in general.
