Proficient in climate control systems management to optimize environmental conditions for cannabis plant growth and development. Demonstrated knowledge of integrated pest management (IPM) strategies and techniques to prevent and manage pests and diseases in an indoor setting. Strong knowledge of horticultural practices, plant biology, and cannabis genetics. Experience managing cultivation teams and overseeing small-medium scale operations.
