What You’ll Do As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be a key point of contact for customers and provider partners, delivering clear answers, thoughtful support, and a positive service experience. • Complete onboarding, role-specific training, and ongoing learning while working toward team performance goals, • Build and maintain a strong understanding of benefit plans, internal processes, service standards, and business guidelines, • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and written communication with clarity, accuracy, and professionalism, • Assist members, providers, and internal partners with benefits, eligibility, claims, coverage details, and provider-related questions, • Resolve customer needs during the first interaction whenever possible, escalating more complex issues when appropriate, • Create a positive and respectful experience by listening actively, showing empathy, and keeping customers informed, • Document interactions, resolutions, and follow-up items thoroughly to support quality and reporting standards, • Manage multiple systems, tasks, and priorities with strong attention to detail, • Actively participate in team meetings, coaching sessions, training programs, and process improvements, • Represent the organization with confidence, professionalism, and integrity in every interaction, • Support additional projects and operational needs as assignedWhat We’re Looking For, • Friendly, professional, and customer-focused communication skills, • Strong attention to detail with dependable follow-up habits, • Highly organized with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, • A genuine desire to learn, grow, and continuously improve, • Sound judgment, accountability, curiosity, inclusiveness, and ethical decision-making, • Authorized to work for any employer in the United States, • High school diploma or GED required (customer service experience preferred)Why You’ll Like It Here, • Mission-driven work that makes a real community impact, • Supportive team environment with coaching and development, • Opportunity to grow with a company that’s scaling thoughtfullyWork Environment, • On-site, cubicle-based setting, • Collaborative team of 100+ employees Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
