MHS is hiring married couples to become flex houseparents. Flex houseparents are couples who reside in on-campus student homes, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students. Flex houseparents provide a consistent family-like structure for students and handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc. When initially hired, flex houseparents cover different student homes before being assigned to one specific home. Compensation: $80,000 – $150,000 (based on experience) URGENTLY HIRING Position Overview The Cx / QAQC Support Specialist (Mechanical &/or Electrical) is responsible for supporting the commissioning, inspection, and quality assurance of major mechanical and electrical systems for mission-critical data center projects. This role involves planning, executing, and validating commissioning processes to ensure that systems are designed, installed, tested, and operating in compliance with project requirements, specifications, and industry standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in data center commissioning and system testing—particularly in electrical infrastructure such as UPS systems, automatic transfer switches (ATS), switchgear, and mechanical support systems—along with excellent coordination and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities Commissioning and Quality Assurance * Develop and execute commissioning plans and procedures for electrical and mechanical systems, including HVAC, UPS, ATS, switchgear, and control systems. * Perform inspections, pre-functional checks, and functional performance testing (L1–L3). * Verify system performance, integration, and compliance with design and owner requirements. * Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical equipment. * Witness Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and field testing for major equipment.
