We love what we do, and are looking for compassionate, life-long learners to join our team! • Location: Pacoima, CA 91331, • School-based role, • Position: Speech Language Pathologist - SLP, • Spanish/English Bilingual requirement, • SLP Pay Range: $50- 65 per hour, depending on experience and language, • Perform comprehensive diagnostic evaluations on children, adolescents, and/or adults. Analyze, interpret, and document evaluation results in line with funding source guidelines., • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans that address short and long-term client goals., • Maintain client data and documentation in compliance with funding source requirements, and internal expectations in EMR system., • Ensure reports are submitted according to internal deadlines and in line with funding source requirements., • Perform routine documentation of client progress and adjust goals as needed, • Provide guidance and instruction to family members and/or caregivers on strategies to support clients' communication goals and objectives., • Make appropriate referrals for additional services such as behavior therapy, occupational therapy, educational therapy, etc. to ensure all client needs are met., • Maintain compliance with state and federal policies, California state board for Speech-Language Pathology & Audiology & Hearing Aid Dispensers, and ASHA., • Competitive compensation package, • Excellent health benefits package which includes Medical, Dental and Vision, • 401k, • Paid sick time, vacation, holidays (dependent on role and FT/PT), • In-house Continuing Education (CEU) events and CEU allowance, • On-site mentorship/supervision with high quality providers, • On-going training, • Promoting from within, • Career growth opportunities, • Employee-Owned Company.
