Job DescriptionJob Title: Podiatrist Location: Orlando, FL Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time (as applicable) Salary-$130000 This role will require regular travel, so we are flexible on where the candidate is located, as long as they are willing to travel. However, it would be most convenient if they were located within 1-2 hours of Orlando, since most of the work will be in that area. It is a commission based role Job Summary We are seeking a licensed and compassionate Podiatrist to join our healthcare team in Orlando, Florida. The ideal candidate will diagnose and treat conditions of the foot, ankle, and lower extremities, providing high-quality patient care in a clinical setting. Key Responsibilities * Diagnose and treat foot, ankle, and lower leg conditions, including injuries, deformities, and infections * Perform medical and surgical procedures related to podiatric care * Evaluate patient medical history and conduct physical examinations * Prescribe medications, orthotics, and physical therapy as needed * Treat diabetic foot conditions, ulcers, and wounds * Educate patients on foot care, preventive treatments, and post-procedure care * Maintain accurate and timely medical records * Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care * Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards Required Qualifications * Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) from an accredited podiatric medical school * Active Florida Podiatry License (or eligibility to obtain) * Completion of a podiatric residency program * Strong clinical and diagnostic skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities * Commitment to patient-centered care Preferred Qualifications * Board Certified or Board Eligible * Experience in wound care, sports medicine, or diabetic foot care * Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems Compensation & Benefits * Competitive salary (based on experience) * Health, dental, and vision insurance * Paid time off and holidays * Continuing Medical Education (CME) support * Malpractice insurance * Relocation assistance (if applicable) Work Environment * Outpatient clinic / hospital-affiliated practice * Supportive medical staff and modern facilities Powered by JazzHR ploeX9gdcG
