THIS IS A 100% ON-SITE POSITION (Monday through Friday) About the team We need to be super approachable and always willing to go above and beyond to help our Carvana family. What you'll be doing • Maintaining the full lifecycle license management for all endpoint and user-based software. (purchasing to retirement), • Data entry and maintenance of hardware inventory in the IT Asset Management (ITAM) system., • Assist with physical inventory counts and asset verification., • Process basic user requests related to hardware assets (e.g., asset location, troubleshooting)., • Assist with asset tagging and labeling procedures., • Generate basic reports on asset inventory., • Coordinating the recycling and e-waste management of hardware and software., • Collaborating with other teams (Procurement, IT Operations, Finance) to ensure efficient IT asset management throughout the lifecycle., • Deliver exceptional customer service to our internal customers., • Responsible for IT equipment which includes asset management, shipping, and inventory., • Ability to travel between multiple headquarters locations., • At least 1-2 years of experience in technical support experience, • Valid and current driver's license., • Strong attention to detail: Ensures accuracy in data entry, record keeping, and reporting., • Excellent organizational skills: Manages multiple tasks, deadlines, and prioritizes effectively., • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) for data analysis and reporting., • Excellent communication skills: Clearly conveys information verbally and in writing to colleagues and management., • Ability to work independently and as part of a team: Maintains focus on individual tasks while collaborating effectively., • Customer service orientation: Provides helpful and professional support to internal customers, • Experience with IT hardware: Familiarity with different types of IT hardware components., • Foundational understanding of the entire IT Asset Lifecycle., • Working knowledge of IT infrastructure: Basic knowledge of network and server infrastructure., • Openness to take on new projects and learn new things., • Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and blend creativity, problem-solving, and technical skills to support end-users., • Full-Time Salary Position with a competitive salary., • Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits., • 401K with company match., • A multitude of perks including student loan payments, discounts on vehicles, benefits for your pets, and much more., • A great wellness program to keep you healthy and happy both physically and mentally., • Access to opportunities to expand your skillset and share your knowledge with others across the organization., • A company culture of promotions from within, with a start-up atmosphere allowing for varied and rapid career development.
