Sports-Ortho Physical Therapist (Full-Time, 1:1 Care) McKenzie Sports Physical Therapy | Philadelphia (Manayunk), PA Starting April 2026 About us: McKenzie Sports Physical Therapy is a sports-focused, outpatient clinic in Philadelphia/Manayunk dedicated to helping active adults and athletes move better, feel better, and perform their best—without unnecessary surgery, injections, or generic cookie-cutter therapy. Unlike high-volume chains, we operate a hybrid model (part cash-based, part insurance) with 1:1 patient care, longer treatment sessions, and a curated caseload that allows real clinical autonomy and meaningful outcomes. We integrate evidence-based manual therapy with cutting-edge regenerative modalities—including PEMF, radial and focused shockwave therapy, neurogenic dry needling, and bloodflow restriction training—to accelerate recovery and get athletes back to sport faster. We're a small, collaborative team of clinicians and administrators who deliver smart, efficient, sport-specific rehab grounded in clear assessment and measurable progress. Our mission is to empower active Philadelphians to move with abundance and recover on purpose—through mindful care that restores, rebuilds, and redefines what’s possible. We are actively growing a regenerative therapy brand under our PT umbrella.
