Skills & Qualifications: • Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field., • 8–10 years of progressive experience in finance and business, with at least 4 years in a management role., • Strong analytical and quantitative abilities with a proactive, hands-on leadership style., • Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Sage software is a plus., • Deep understanding of financial forecasting, accounting principles, and financial reporting., • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written., • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams., • Highly organized, able to multitask and prioritize effectively under pressure., • Strong moral judgment and the ability to make sound decisions in high-stakes situations., • Familiarity with Certified Payroll and service-based accounting preferred., • CPA certification is a plus.
