Job Description Position Summary: The Senior Payroll Analyst supports the Payroll Department by ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing across multiple pay groups. This role conducts detailed payroll audits, analyzes payroll data, reconciles complex pay scenarios, assists with system configurations, and provides high-level reporting and troubleshooting support. The Senior Payroll Analyst serves as a resource to HR, Finance, supervisors, and employees on payroll policies, earnings, deductions, taxes, and system functionality. This position requires accuracy, confidentiality, analytical strength, and consistent follow-through. Duties & Responsibilties: Payroll Processing & Compliance • Process semi-monthly, multi-state payroll with a high degree of accuracy and timeliness., • Process additional pay items including supervision payments, stipends, differentials, crisis pay, bonuses, reimbursements, retro pay, and other adjustments., • Manage isolved payroll setup, including: employee setup, tax configurations, pay codes, deduction codes, job codes, departments, work locations, • Review and audit timesheets, status changes, earnings, deductions, and leave balances., • Administer wage garnishments, child support orders, tax levies, and related agency correspondence., • Support multi-state SIT/SUI compliance and maintain state payroll accounts., • Analyze payroll data for trends, accuracy, inconsistencies, and risk areas., • Prepare and maintain payroll reports for Finance, HR, leadership, and external auditors., • Assist with quarterly and annual tax reconciliation, W-2/W-3 review, and tax notice resolution., • Assist with payroll system updates, configuration changes, testing, and troubleshooting (e.g., GoHealth/EMR updates, isolved updates, workflows, earnings codes)., • Validate accrual balances, audit leave plans, and verify system calculations for accuracy., • Provide timely, accurate support to employees and supervisors regarding payroll questions., • Partner with HR on compensation changes, benefits updates, new hires, terminations, and compliance workflows., • Perform routine payroll audits to ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance., • Reconcile payroll liability accounts and coordinate with Finance as needed., • Monitor and correct discrepancies in hours, pay rates, retro adjustments, and leave conversion Qualifications: Required • Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, • 5+ years’ payroll experience required, • Strong proficiency in Excel, Outlook, OneDrive, • Strong understanding of payroll regulations, including FLSA, IRS, ACA, ERISA, • Working knowledge of payroll laws, wage/hour rules, and tax regulations, • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills, • Ability to work under strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment, • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, • Commitment to confidentiality, integrity, and professional conduct Preferred • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, • isolved payroll experience highly preferred, • Multi-state payroll experience preferred, • Multiple FEIN experience Company DescriptionCREOKS Health Services is a non-profit organization providing comprehensive health, wellness, and social services.
