Job DescriptionJob Title: Warehouse AssociateJob Description The Logistics / Material Handler is responsible for handling, moving, and storing various non-hazardous and hazardous materials within a warehouse. The primary duties include loading and unloading transport items, recording and receiving inventory statuses, and ensuring deliveries properly match purchase orders. Responsibilities • Manage daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and storage of materials., • Enter inventory data into company systems (SAP) with accuracy and timeliness., • Organize and maintain inventory by identifying, labeling, and stocking materials., • Periodically check inventory to ensure all materials and supplies in stock are correct., • Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against documentation., • Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits., • Prepare items for shipment by pulling, crating, packing, loading, and securing the product., • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all shipments., • Ensure inspections and maintenance of equipment used daily., • Keep equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements and troubleshooting malfunctions., • Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations., • Conserve resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results., • Document actions by completing production and quality forms., • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Essential Skills, • Proficiency in using forklifts, RF scanners, and general warehouse equipment., • Experience with inventory management, packaging, and shipping/receiving processes., • Ability to manage warehouse inventory and perform general labor tasks.Additional Skills & Qualifications, • Experience with SAP or similar inventory management systems.
